FixTech Fix8 Transparent Structural Silicone 300ml. Fix8 cures to a high performing colourfast flexible rubber sealant. Suitable for bonding and sealingand glazing applications. Excellent weather-ability and UV resistance. Permanently elastic. Colour fast. Sutable for marine exposure.

A single component medium modulus anti mould, construction silicone that exhibits excellent physical properties in both internal and external applications and displays excellent weather-ability and UV resistance.

Fix8 may discolour with age under certain conditions. Can not be overpainted.

FixTech Fix15 Adhesive Sealant 290ml Cartridge Black, 1 Year Warranty . FixSeal MSP15 in colourfast black.A high quality, single-component flexible adhesive joint sealant with GL Approval that is suitable for above and below the waterline applications.

Based on a Modified Polymer, it is chemically neutral and fully elastic. Suitable for use in low movement structural joints in marine, it is also suitable for automotive, aerospace, and construction applications where a tough flexible adhesive sealant is required.
May be overpainted with water based paints.
Non-yellowing white is also available.
Not suitable for flexible solar panels, see Fix8 or a VHB tape instead.

Solar 4 RVs Bi-Adhesive Backing for Flexible Solar Panels, 1 Year Warranty

The Bi-Adhesive Backing includes a continuous sheet of 1mm bi-adhesive material over the whole back of the panel for mounting on smooth surfaces with no bumps or dips. Installation then becomes a simple peel and stick.

Important: The backing is mounted in factory to panel prior to shipping. You'll need to remove thin plastic covering prior to mounting in place.

Adjustable Black Aluminium Solar Panel Bracket, Pack of 8, 1 Year Warranty . Strong but lightweight aluminium brackets including the screws and bolts are an excellent way of fixing your glass-fixed solar panels to your substrate.

The installation process for solar panel mounting brackets is as follows:

Position the brackets to your solar panel.
Mark and pre-drill holes OR attach brackets using the bolts, if using bolts, skip step 3.
Attach brackets to the solar panel with the tech screws
Position the panel on the roof or other substrate and mark the locations for the holes.
Pre-drill the marked locations.
Clean both the bracket and substrate using iso-propyl alcohol until thoroughly clean and dry.
Apply an appropriate adhesive to completely cover the underside of the bracket.
Securely screw the bracket in place.
Optionally cover the base of the bracket and tops of screws with additional adhesive for a secure solar panel installation.

The tool will ratchet until adequate crimping force has been applied to the connection.
The tool features a jaw release override for the instance of incorrect wire placement or a defective terminal.

To perform the crimp:

Strip the cable to expose the cores
Crimp each core to the male/female MC4 connectors (as per image 3)
Push the connector into the housing until you hear a ""click""
Verify the connector does not easily pull out of the housing
Tighten the housing gland until hand tight plus a quarter turn
