Starts first time every time.
Takes a bit of getting used to the length but once you are used to it works great.
I usually put it on my back and get my wife to start it.
So easy to start.
Not noisy as 4 stroke motor.
Cuts through my palm trees like a nice through butter.

Comes with a good little tool kit as well.
