The main applications for Magnetic Lifters include lifting and moving steel objects such as large sheets/plates of steel or cylindrical workpieces made of ferromagnetic materials. Capacities available range from 100kg to 1000kg
HOW DOES IT WORK? The strong permanent magnetic lifter uses high-energy permanent magnetic materials which generate strong holding strength in the magnetic circuit. The magnet can be easily controlled using the lever to turn “on” and “off”. There is no need for power, the magnet does the work.
OPERATING – When the lifter is in On, the holding surface at the bottom of lifter constitutes a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles, which firmly holds the item to be lifted of ferromagnetic material. There is a V-shaped slot on the holding surface, so that it can hold both the plate shaped workpiece and cylindrical workpieces.
