In my opinion, this is the best cordless planer on the market. So well built and designed. Only negative is the fence needs to be packed out to sit at 90 degrees with the base. It then fouls the adjustable shoe, and has to be loosened off to adjust the depth of cut. Really weird oversight by Milwaukee. I’ll be grinding the fence to fix it. Otherwise, an awesome and accurate planer that once the fence is adjusted, delivers almost a mirror smooth cut.
